I am an innovative fashion student living, studying and working in the UK, with highly transferable skills across different sectors. I’m an optimistic and personable team player who thrives in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments. My work experience has strengthened my written and verbal communication skills, as well as my adaptability to ever-developing technical systems. I also have strong educational knowledge and practical experience with Adobe and Microsoft programs. Assisting customers on the shop floor and over the trade+ counter, sharing my vast product knowledge, placing orders and working till systems. Manual handling, working in the warehouse, taking in stock deliveries and picking orders for customers, keeping warehouse standards high.
2024 - Present
Screwfix Remote Contact Center Assistant
Assisting Key Account holder companies via email, analysing and processing purchase orders, generating quotes and providing updates, ensuring each company's procedure and T's&C's are followed strictly. Further supporting the general public through telephone calls, answering general queries and processing orders. I use many platforms and applications to complete all areas of the job.
